Job Overview
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce.
- Create, manage, adjust product listings (Shopify, Faire, Amazon)
- Analyze user behavior and implement changes to enhance online shopping experience
- Collaborate with marketing to integrate digital marketing strategies (sale, product launch, etc)
- Monitor KPIs related to e-commerce traffic, conversion rates, etc.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 experience in E-comm management
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-comm management, preferably in beauty or retail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in web analytics such as Google Analytics
- Love/passion for beauty & current trends.
- Bilingual in English and Korean
